Many people avoid medical examinations and treatments due to the anxiety and fear of what they will experience. In order to help you feel more comfortable, the staff at Advanced Vein Therapy will explain what to expect at each visit, and how to best prepare for treatment.

Advanced Vein Therapy has a patient history form which you can print and fill out either before your visit, or when you check in for treatment. This patient history form provides us with the information we need to provide a safe, effective treatment for your venous disease. It also answers questions about your history and allows us to preauthorize any treatment with your insurance company. Filling out the form at home may provide you with more time to give thoughtful, accurate answers.

At Advanced Vein Therapy we will also take pictures of your legs to help us verify with your insurance the need for treatment. We also love to show our patients their before and after pictures so they can see how improved their legs look and feel after treatment.
