Q.Will insurance pay for these types of procedures?
A. Most insurance plans cover these types of medical procedures, however we will not know if your insurance will pay for these types of procedures until you have completed the evaluation process. We will submit documents and pictures from your initial evaluation to your insurance company for approval and coverage. As soon as we receive approval, we will call you to set up your treatment appointment.

Q. How much will I have to pay up front for these procedures?
A. We do not ask for any co-payments up front.  We will bill your insurance, and that will determine your coverage and/or responsibility.

Q. If my insurance doesn't cover these procedures, will I be able to make payment arrangements?
